SoccerFest Returns to Martorelli Stadium on Sept. 6

SoccerFest 2025 is set for Saturday, Sept. 6, at Martorelli Stadium!

The event features a full day of soccer action beginning at 9 a.m. and culminating with the boys’ varsity match at 7:30 p.m. Middle school and high school teams will take the field throughout the day.

Fans can enjoy challenges, giveaways, concessions, and a 50/50 raffle. Admission is free.

Game Schedule:

• 9:00 a.m. – MS Boys Red vs. Shaler
• 10:30 a.m. – MS Boys White vs. Shaler
• 12:00 p.m. – MS Girls vs. Shaler
• 2:00 p.m. – JV Girls vs. Freeport
• 3:30 p.m. – Varsity Girls vs. Freeport
• 5:00 p.m. – Crossbar Challenge/Juggling Contest
• 6:00 p.m. – JV Boys vs. Deer Lakes
• 7:30 p.m. – Varsity Boys vs. Deer Lakes

Adding to the excitement, the North Hills Soccer Club (NHSC) moved its U5, U6, and U8 games to Martorelli’s practice field that morning. Those matches will run from 8:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., while the middle school games are happening in the stadium.

NHSC players are invited back to Martorelli later in the day to form tunnels for the varsity teams as they take the field. Youth participants should report to the visitors’ side near the McCurry Field House, wearing their NHSC jerseys, at 3:20 p.m. for the girls’ game and 7:20 p.m. for the boys’ game.

Youth players will also serve as ball girls and ball boys during all four high school matches.
